Terms and Conditions

By installing or using the Simple Sync Shopify app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use or install the App.

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Simple Sync.
• We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Simple Sync is designed to facilitate the copying, synchronization, and transfer of specific data resources between a designated source Shopify store and one or more destination Shopify stores.

• The App handles resources including Products, Collections, Metafields, Metaobjects, Files, Blogs, Pages, Redirects and Themes.
• The App only operates on data accessible through the Shopify API permissions granted by you during installation.
• You acknowledge that the effectiveness of the synchronization relies on the continued availability and correct operation of the Shopify platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Shopify store credentials and the App access tokens.

• You must be 18 years of age or older or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• You must ensure that all information provided to Simple Sync is accurate and up-to-date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

Access to the App is provided on a subscription basis, billed directly through the Shopify platform.

• All fees are set forth on the App’s listing page and are subject to change upon notice provided through the Shopify billing system.
• You must maintain a valid payment method on file with Shopify to continue using the subscription service.
• Simple Sync adheres to Shopify’s Billing Policy for subscription changes, refunds, and cancellations.

The content (products, images, text, etc.) synchronized by the App remains the exclusive property of your respective Shopify stores.

• You grant Simple Sync a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, copy, and transfer your store data strictly for the purpose of providing the service.
• You agree not to modify, adapt, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Simple Sync App code or design.
• Simple Sync owns all intellectual property rights related to the App, its software, and documentation.

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or Simple Sync.

• You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store(s).
• Simple Sync may suspend or terminate your access or subscription, with or without prior notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or if Shopify ceases to support the integration method used by the App.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases, and no subscription fees previously paid will be refunded, except as may be required by Shopify’s Billing Policy.
